If you live in Killingworth and want to get involved with the town, think about joining the Republican Town Committee!
We seem to want to get involved, just too late in the process. Why not start now? We are a group of residents who want what is best for town. ALL of town. There are so many unaffiliated voters in Killingworth. We have approximately 1600 Republicans, 1500 Democrats and 2400 unaffiliated. Of those 2400, how many run for office to serve their community? We all need to work together to help our community grow and prosper. Management is a big part of this process. We all have something to contribute. We will be looking for candidates to run for office in May of 2027.
Independent voters are a major bloc in town and need to find a way to get involved. Even with everyone having a moniker— (R) (D) (Ind.)—we know we can get together on principles and thoughts. We need to find a way to get input and participation from registered Independent voters. There are going to be major items that will draw on our town resources over the next five, ten and twenty years.
If you are a registered voter and are worried about town taxes and the school district, come join us in looking forward and using your expertise to keep Killingworth a great small town.
