(April 2, 2026) — In the event of a possible State Primary on August 11, 2026, please note that May 11, 2026 is the last day that an enrolled elector can transfer from one party to another and be eligible to vote in the State Primary of their “new” party.
However, this does not apply when switching from Unaffiliated to a political party membership. If you are unaffiliated and wish to vote in the State Primary, you may transfer prior to 12:00 Noon on the last business day before the primary, which is Monday, August 10, 2026.
