(September 12, 2025) — At the September 9, 2025 Regular Meeting of the Killingworth Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission, the following actions were taken:
1) Approval was granted to John and Deborah McGahee for a driveway and septic system at Parker Hill Road, Map 17, Lot 40G.
2) Approval was granted to William Jette for installation of a pool heater and propane tank at 7 Burr Hill Road.
3) Approval was granted to Christopher and Tanya Zito for house site modification, and pool installation at 18 Fox Run.
These approvals were granted in the belief that there will be little or no adverse impact on nearby wetlands or watercourses.
