(April 18, 2025) — The handsome face in this picture belongs to Calvin, a two-and-a-half-year-old male Pit Bull mix who weighs between forty-five and fifty pounds.
Calvin is a super-snuggly kind of guy who will attach himself to you and follow you everywhere you go. He loves sleeping, decompressing and playing with his toys, and will lay his head on your lap after a long day, spending quality time with you.
He loves other dogs, plays hard, and has been excellent in doggie daycare. Calvin will need a home that has breed experience. It should also be a home that is quiet, will provide some training, give him the exercise he needs, and show him lots of love and attention. He can be a bit shy and will need to go slowly with new people he meets. He would be fine with another dog at home to keep him company. Cats would be a lot to handle for Calvin, as would younger children in the home.
