(April 1, 2025) — The Haddam Garden Club will host guest speaker Cathy Bowe from Cathy and Company on April 9, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Higganum Community Center, 7 Candlewood Hill Road for a program called “Got Bulbs?”
The talented Ms. Bowe, formerly of Town and Country Nurseries in Haddam, has embarked on her own business adventure, and is organizing and creating floral designs for parties, weddings, restaurants and wherever beautiful and aromatic touches are needed.
Cathy will begin the program with a spring bulb demonstration, showcasing how to create a stunning countertop arrangement with living plants. Then, she’ll dive into one of her favorite plant types—summer bulbs—sharing insights on exciting new varieties, proper care, and where to find them.
