“Shall the Town approve leasing the former Haddam Elementary School property, located at 272 Saybrook Road, to HES, LLC in accordance with the proposal plan of development dated October 17, 2023 submitted by Rak Realty, the terms of such lease being summarized in the Lease and Development Agreement Summary for Haddam Elementary School Site, approved by the Board of Selectmen on June 27, 2024, and on file with the First Selectman’s office?”
