(October 15, 2026) — Shoreline Co-Op Girls Swimming defeated Norwich Free Academy 95-55 on October 9, 2026 to extend their record to 4-2. High School swimmers from Haddam-Killingworth, Valley Regional, Lyme-Old Lyme and Old Saybrook combined to take first and second in the opening 200-yard medley relay and held the lead for the remainder of the meet.

“The girls are right where we want them to be midway through our season,” said Coach Alison Karam. “At our October 9th meet with NFA we had two more qualifying swims for State Championship events and 12 more personal best times. Their hard work is paying off, they’re having fun, and I love seeing the support they give each other as a team.”
