(September 9, 2026) — Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce Chairwoman Juliet Cavanaugh has announced that University of Connecticut Men’s Basketball Head Coach Dan Hurley will serve as the keynote speaker at a Chamber Breakfast Meeting on Monday, October 5, 2026. The event will be held at the Sheraton Hartford South Hotel from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
“We look forward to welcoming Dan Hurley, Head Coach of the UConn Men’s Basketball Program, back to our Member Breakfast Meeting,” said Johanna Bond, President of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce. “We are proud of his remarkable success and look forward to cheering him on throughout the upcoming season and beyond.”
Coach Hurley has generously joined the Chamber as a guest speaker each year since becoming UConn’s head coach, and Chamber members and guests are excited to welcome him back once again. During the breakfast, Coach Hurley will reflect on the extraordinary success of the UConn Men’s Basketball program in recent years, share insights into leadership and team building, discuss preparations for the upcoming season, and provide a behind-the-scenes look at one of the nation’s premier college basketball programs.
“We are grateful to Coach Hurley for taking time out of his busy schedule to be with us and share his experiences with our members and guests,” Bond added. “His commitment to excellence, perseverance, and leadership continues to inspire audiences both on and off the court.”
The cost to attend is $30 for Chamber members and $30 for non-members. Advance registration is required. To register, visit www.middlesexchamber.com.
