Pieper Olson Foundation Announces Golf Tournament Fundraiser for Veterinary Care

(August 6, 2026) — The Pieper Olson Foundation is pleased to announce the 2026 Pieper Olson Foundation Golf Classic Presented by RiverLane Men and Sport, to be held Monday, October 26, 2026, at the prestigious TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, home of the PGA TOUR’s Travelers Championship.

As the event’s Presenting Sponsor, RiverLane Men and Sport is helping launch what is expected to become one of the Foundation’s signature annual fundraising events. Their partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening communities and supporting families when they need it most.

The Foundation’s inaugural golf event will bring together golfers, business leaders, veterinary professionals, and community supporters for an unforgettable day on one of Connecticut’s premier championship courses. The event will feature 18 holes of golf, on-course contests, lunch, an evening reception and dinner, awards, and opportunities to support the Foundation’s mission throughout the day.

Proceeds from the Golf Classic will help the Pieper Olson Foundation provide financial assistance to families facing unexpected veterinary emergencies. By helping bridge the gap between urgent medical need and financial hardship, the Foundation gives more families the opportunity to say “yes” to lifesaving care for a beloved pet.

“We are incredibly grateful to RiverLane Men and Sport for believing in this event from the very beginning,” said Kathy Hennessy, Executive Director of the Pieper Olson Foundation. “Their leadership and generosity are helping us build something that will make a lasting difference for families facing veterinary emergencies across our community.”

“Every day, we hear from families facing impossible decisions during a veterinary emergency,” Hennessy, added. “The Golf Classic is an opportunity for our community to come together, enjoy an extraordinary day on an iconic course, and help ensure more families have access to the care their pets need when every moment matters.”

Registration is now open for individual golfers and foursomes. Additional sponsorship opportunities remain available for businesses and organizations looking to align with a meaningful community event while supporting families navigating veterinary emergencies.

For event details, sponsorship information, or to register, visit www.pieperolsonfoundation.pet or email info@pieperolsonfoundation.pet.

The Pieper Olson Foundation is a Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to helping families access urgent veterinary care when financial barriers stand in the way. Through emergency veterinary grants, the Foundation works to ensure that financial hardship is not the reason a family loses a beloved companion.
