(July 23, 2026) — Essex Bank has announced a $17,500 donation to Essex Court, an elderly and disabled housing facility managed by the Essex Housing Authority. The funds will be used to install fourteen patios, enhancing the residents’ quality of life. The “step-less” concrete patios will be placed outside twenty-eight units, replacing uneven terrain and enabling aging residents to enjoy the outdoors with friends and family.

“We are proud to support the Essex Housing Authority and their commitment to our local residents,” said Diane Arnold, President and CEO at Essex Bank. “Essex Court provides an important service, and we hope this donation helps them maintain a safe, healthy environment for all community members living there.”
