(July 3, 2026) — Absentee ballots for the Regional School District 17 Budget Referendum to be held on July 15, 2026 are now available at the Haddam Town Clerk’s Office. Per State Statutes 9-139a, 9-140 and 9-369c, since this referendum is being held “with less than three weeks notice,” the application MUST be returned in person by you, or by a proper designee, to the municipal clerk.
