(June 11, 2026) — Haddam’s America 250 Committee will host a Town Picnic on Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 p.m. at the Higganum Town Green. Bring your own picnic, drinks and blanket! Complimentary Hot Dogs and Hamburgers will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Historically-themed desserts also will be provided, and there will be free entertainment and historically-related games. Parking will be available at the former Haddam Elementary School with handicapped parking available at the green
