(June 11, 2026) — A Public Hearing will be held this evening, June 11, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Haddam Fire Station Community Room, 439 Saybrook Road in Higganum on an Ordinance regarding Tax Abatement for Development of Affordable Housing Units.
At 6:30 p.m. at the same location, a Special Town Meeting will be held for the following purpose:
To elect a Moderator.
- To review and act upon the following question: “Shall the Town adopt the Proposed Ordinance for a Tax Abatement for Development of Affordable Housing Units? Yes or No.
- To do any and all things legal and necessary to accomplish the above-named purposes and take any other action that may legally and properly come before the meeting.
