(May 29, 2026) — The Higganum/Haddam VFW Post 10690 would like to thank the Haddam community for a very successful 2026 Days of Service Food Drive. Our Post was able to deliver several boxes of food to the Haddam Food Pantry. None of this would have been possible without support from the following local businesses and community partners who provided drop off locations for the donations: Haddam Senior Center, Jack’s Country Restaurant, River Valley Provisions, Town and Country Nurseries, and the United Congregational Church of Haddam and Higganum. We are fortunate to live in such a giving and supportive community.
