June 11, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Adult Qigong Workshop
Join us at the Essex Library for a two-part Qigong and Tai Chi series led by certified instructor Sharon Didato. Each 45-minute session will provide an introduction to these ancient healing arts designed to nurture the body, mind and spirit. On June 11, 2026 Sharon will present a classic Qigong set that combines gentle movement and simple breathing practices to promote relaxation and well-being.
