(May 20, 2026) — Be sure to get your orders in for the Haddam Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary’s clam chowder sale, coming up on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2026, immediately following the Haddam Memorial Day Parade. This event is held across from the town green. A cup of chowder is $6; a quart is $12. Quarts should be ordered in advance by calling 860-301-3620 and they must be picked up in the kitchen by 11:00 a.m. As always, Auxiliary members thank the fire department for all their help each year with making this chowder.
