(March 15, 2026) — On March 4, 2026, the Shoreline Conference honored its conference award recipients. Congratulations to Haddam-Killingworth High School Boys Basketball team Senior co-captains Declan Moriarty and Jay Evans, Second Team All-Conference, and Junior Brody Ferguson, Honorable Mention. A solid season for the Cougars who ended the regular season at 15-5. HKHS now looks to make a run in the State Tournament. See you on the Court.

I was happy to read about the league title for Declan, Jay and Brody. I saw their last game when they lost to Plymouth. If only more HK students had come to the game, then maybe the boys would not have been so stressed out by all the shouting from the Plymouth crowd and might have won the game!
