(February 14, 2026) — On February 9, 2026 the Haddam-Killingworth High School Boys Basketball team defeated East Hampton 67 – 45. Senior co-captain Jay Evans led the team with 16 points, while Senior powerhouse Spencer Savoy pitched in 15 and Senior Ethan Pitts contributed 3 points.
The Junior team of Mason Eighmy and Brody Ferguson continued to showcase their talent, adding 10 points each while Juniors Kody Lehet and Noah Marica had 8 and 5 points, respectively. Lehet and Marica continue to excel under the boards, pulling down rebounds, and the Cougars offense continues to shine. Next up for HKHS is Route 81 rival Morgan at home for Senior Night.
