Find a Fur Baby: What a Hunk!

Submitted by Judith Levin

(December 5, 2025) — OMG! This beautiful boy’s name is Diesel. He is a German Shepherd, three years of age, and weighs eighty-seven pounds. Unfortunately, his owner can no longer care for him, so he needs a new home to call his own.

Some wonderful characteristics about Diesel are that he is friendly with dogs around his own size, loves playing with children, and is house trained, crate trained, neutered, up to date with his vaccines, but has not been microchipped.  He has not been exposed to kitties so he is not sure if he would want to hang around any.

Diesel loves to go on walks with a leash but can pull a bit. Some doggie training would take care of that in no time. He is such a lovable boy, wants his belly and back scratched while sitting and snuggling on the couch with you. This boy just wants to be in a nice, warm home and spend quality time with his people. Playing ball, car rides, hikes, and enjoying some tasty treats are a must. This boy wants to work, train and please you!

Diesel wrote his Christmas letter to Santa and stated his dream is to have a new home before Christmas. I know for a fact Diesel is on Santa’s good list!

We are looking for someone with German Shepherd experience, so if you would like to meet this guy, who is gorgeous and knows it, please contact Jude at 860-930-6520 for an application.
