Election 2025: Haddam Board of Finance Candidate Collin Raymond

Collin Raymond is proud to be running for a position on Haddam’s Board of Finance. As a business  professor at Cornell University, Collin will bring his expertise in economics, as well as his experiences helping a wide range of companies with regulation and compensation, to the Board.

Originally from the Midwest, Collin and his family were drawn to Haddam by its strong sense of community and excellent public schools. The entire family quickly grew to love Haddam.  He is looking forward to giving back to the community he and his wife admire by serving the people and the town of Haddam on the Board of Finance.  As a newcomer to the area, Collin brings a fresh perspective along with his background in economics and business.  He believes we can have responsible budgets that preserve Haddam’s appeal while still ensuring that it is affordable for residents.

Collin is committed to listening and learning from the people, organizations, and businesses of Haddam. He promises thoughtful, transparent financial planning to preserve the character and values of Haddam for the future.
