Haddam PZC: Special Meeting Tonight (June 26, 2025) on Town Garage Sites

(June 26, 2025) — The Haddam Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a special meeting tonight (June 26, 2025) at 7:00 p.m. at the former Haddam Elementary School to discuss five potential sites for a new Public Works garage. The agenda is as follows:

  1. Chairman calls meeting to order

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Attendance/Seating of the Alternates

4. Additions/Corrections to the Agenda

5. Public Comments on items which are not the subject of a public hearing

6. Public Hearing regarding potential sites for an expanded town garage/public works facility.  The sites under consideration are as follows:

1. 300 Saybrook Road

2. 59-61 Cedar Lake Road

3. 439 Saybrook Road

4. Jail Hill Road

5. 733 Killingworth Road

7. New Business:

8. Old Business:

9. Approval/Correction of the minutes

10. Chairman’s Report:

12. Adjournment
