(June 9, 2025) — Eligible seniors can now apply for the 2025 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program. The program provides a $40 card to purchase locally grown fruits, vegetables, eggs, herbs, and honey. Cards are available now through November 30, 2025.
Who is Eligible?

Seniors 60 years of age and older.

Disabled individuals under 60 years of age who are living in senior housing where congregate meals are served.
Income Limits

1-person household: Monthly income ≤ $2,413 | Annual income ≤ $28,953

2-person household: Monthly income ≤ $3,261 | Annual income ≤ $39,128
