The Rockfall Foundation, in cooperation with the City of Middletown Recycling and Public
Works, RiverCOG, Sustainable Essex, Reboot Eco, and Mr. Fix This! will be hosting a Repair Café on Saturday, June 14, from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 pm, at the historic deKoven House, 27 Washington Street in Middletown.
At this free community event, skilled volunteers will help fix and teach you how to fix your broken or damaged items, saving you money and keeping usable items out of landfills. Tool use and repair help are free; participants are responsible for providing any necessary replacement parts.
Bring Your: Electronics and Electrical, Jewelry, Sewing and Mending, Knife Sharpening (in limited quantities), Small Appliances (no TV sets or large appliances), Woodwork/Furniture, Laptops, Bicycles, Smart Phones and Tablets, Lamps, and more!
Coffee and snacks will be served. Please bring your own travel mug.
