(May 15, 2025) — Emma Giaccone pitched her way to her twelfth win of the season, striking out twelve, as the Haddam-Killingworth High School Softball team defeated the East Lyme Lancers by a score of 12-1 on May 14, 2025.
Giaccone allowed one run on six hits, and contributed three hits herself and three RBI herself to help her cause. Cougars Grace Natanzon and Grace LaConte each had two hits and scored two runs. East Lyme hit two triples, one from Natalie Knowlton and the other from Kinzie Donahue, but neither runner was able to score from third base.
