(April 2, 2025) — Applications for the Haddam Scholarship Fund are now available in the guidance offices of Haddam-Killingworth High School, Xavier High School, Mercy High School, and Vinal Technical High School. HSF, Inc. will be awarding $7,000 in funds.
High School seniors who reside in Haddam, Higganum or Haddam Neck and are continuing their education after graduation are eligible to apply for these awards.
In addition, we will be offering a $1,000 Belden Cougar Cafe Scholarship to a graduate of HKHS furthering their education within the food service industry.
The John Bertolini Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 is open to Haddam, Higganum, Haddam Neck and Killingworth residents.  This scholarship is based on financial need and the accomplishments of the applicant, particularly in the area of community service beyond the requirements for graduation.
The Dr. Kate Mead Award in the amount of $1,000 is offered to a student who is pursuing a career in a health-related field.
Applications must be postmarked by April 11, 2025 and mailed to Joanne Lund, P.O. Box 177, Higganum, CT  06441.
