“Butter Braid” Fundraiser Begins at Commonwealth Senior Living

(March 9, 2025) — The popular “Butter Braid” fundraiser is beginning at Commonwealth Senior Living in Haddam. Easter is right around the corner, and these make tasty holiday treats. The cost is $18 per item. Flavors include Strawberry Cream Cheese, Cinnamon, Apple, Blueberry Cream Cheese, Bavarian Creme, Chocolate or Cinnamon Rolls. In addition, you can order Cookie Dough, which is a traditional frozen cookie dough. Each box is 2.5 lbs. and contains thirty-six individual cookies. The cost per box is $20 and the flavors include Chocolate Chip, White Macadamia Nut, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter or Triple Chocolate.
Please contact an employee at Commonwealth Senior Living, 1556 Saybrook Road at (860) 345-3779 or Kathy B. chairwoman at (860)759-2862. You can place your order until the deadline, March 27, 2025. The pickup dates at Commonwealth Senior Living are April 4, 2025 or April 5, 2025. Please pay at the time of ordering by cash or check, made out to Commonwealth Cares.
This fundraiser is in support of Commonwealth Cares, Inc., a fund established company wide, which is dedicated to changing the lives of Commonwealth associates who work hard to change the lives of seniors every day. The money being raised assists any employee who has an unexpected life event. Commonwealth Cares is there to assist its workers financially.
