(March 7, 2025) — Look who’s looking for a forever home of her own. Ella! This little queen is a Jack Russell/Rat Terrier Mix. She is about three years old and weighs a whopping twenty pounds.
This poor little girl spent most of her life in a crate with hardly any attention from anyone. She has quite the energy and wants to run around like a maniac. Release that energy, girl. Her favorite hobbies include playing outside, hiking, catching a tennis ball, and traveling. Ella loves food of all kinds; you will never eat alone again.
She is highly intelligent and learns quickly. Training exercises would be perfect for her, so a home that will continue to add skills to her repertoire would be ideal. Since she has been in a crate for so long and is now free, structure and boundaries are necessary. Routine is a good thing.
Ella would do fine with a calm, furry sibling at home.
