(February 18, 2025) — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has released the following update on the Roundabouts Construction Project at Route 154 and Route 82 in the Tylerville section of Haddam:
Northern Roundabout: The work will be behind the barrier on the retaining wall, which should not impede traffic too often. The main traffic impacts would be truck traffic entering and exiting the site for material and equipment deliveries. There also might be brief traffic stoppages for work activities.
Southern Roundabout: The majority of the work here will be behind the barrier associated with existing bridge demolition and should not impede traffic. Please anticipate random days and times of alternating one-way traffic through the roundabout to facilitate truck traffic.
