(February 12, 2025) — Brainerd Memorial Library in Haddam will begin a new daytime adult program on March 5, 2025, hosting a jigsaw puzzle club.
The library will supply the jigsaw puzzle, and participants are encouraged to bring a puzzle to swap with others. This club will be held every first and third Monday of the month. It will meet from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. over by the Book Nook.
We also have a relatively new adult crafts drop-in session that meets every first and third Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Crafts so far have ranged from making paper stars out of old book pages to folding origami boxes and then using those boxes as frames for tiny art. Activities change with each month, so stop in and check it out.
