Killingworth Committee on Aging Hosts “Keeping Your Brain Healthy and Strong”

(February 10, 2025) — The Killingworth Committee on Aging is hosting a free three-week series to learn more about keeping your brain healthy and strong. Dates and topics are as follows:

March 7, 2025            Session 1:  Keeping Memory Strong

March 14, 2025          Session 2:  Memory Loss; When to be Concerned

March 21, 2025          Session 3:  What Actually is Dementia? Not All Dementia is                                                                Alzheimer’s Disease

The presenter is Angela Christie, Dementia Specialist at the Hartford HealthCare Center for Healthy Aging. Sessions will be held at the Killingworth Library Conference Room from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
