Upcoming Pre-School programs will include:
- Mommy & Me Fitness (1-12 Months) (Mondays & Wednesdays, 1/27, 11:30 am at CrossFit Ironworks)
- Scribble Wiggle & Giggle (Tuesdays, beginning, 1/14, 4:15 pm at the Haddam Elementary School)
- HK RecCreation Stations (Mondays, beginning, 1/27, 10:00 am at the Haddam Elementary School)

Adult programs include:
- Aqua Aerobics (Mondays and Wednesdays starting 2/3, 6:30 pm at the HK HS Pool)
- Fitness Yoga (Tuesdays In-Person and Thursdays via zoom, beginning 1/14 at 7:00 pm)
- Adult Co-Ed Volleyball (Wednesdays, 1/15, 7:00 pm at HK High School Field House)
- Adult Sewing Workshop (Thursday, 1/23, 5:30 pm at the HK High School)
- Beginner Crochet (Mondays, beginning 1/27, 6:00 pm at the HK High School)
- Pickleball (Mondays, 1/6; Tuesdays, 1/7 or Wednesdays, 1/8, 6:30 pm at the Haddam Elementary School)
- Men’s Winter Basketball (Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 pm, beginning 1/7 at the HK Old Middle School Gym)
- Nuts to Bolts – Cars for Everyone (Thursdays, Beginning 2/20, 6:30 pm at HK HS)
- Adult/Child 1st Aid/AED CPR (Mondays/Wednesday, 3/24 & 3/26, 5:30 pm at HK High School)
