(November 5, 2023) — The United Congregational Church of Haddam and Higganum will be holding its 12th Annual Yuletide Quilt Show & Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the church’s Haddam Campus, located at 905 Saybrook Road, Haddam.
More than 150 quilts and quilted items will be on display in the church’s sanctuary, many of which will be for sale. Quilters and quilt owners from around the state display their quilted works of art at this annual event. In addition to the spectacular quilt exhibit, there will be holiday items for sale, thirty-five raffle baskets, vendors, a “crafty’ tag sale, a quilt raffle, and a scrumptious lunch of homemade soup, artisan bread, and pie.
Admission to view the quilts is $8, children under 12 are free. The activities in the fellowship hall (raffles, lunch, holiday wares, vendors) do not require an admission fee.
If you are a quilter, or just own a quilt or two, we would love to show them off for you! To display at the show, please contact the church at 860-345-2742 for an Exhibitor’s Registration Form or downloaded a form from the church’s website, www.haddamchurch.org/events/2023-quilt-show . There is no cost to show your quilts.
Proceeds from the show support the outreach ministries of The United Congregational Church of Haddam and Higganum.
