(July 5, 2023) — On Saturday, July 8, 2023, experience a day of relaxation in a serene setting under a rustic pavilion at Ray of Light Farm, 232 Town Street in East Haddam. From 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., we will gather for a guided meditation and then a twenty-minute Reiki session (chair or table). Finish the day with wine, cider and chocolate refreshments.
And don’t forget to visit our many rescue animals! (Like Charlie, above)
The $40 donation for our Wellness Day benefits Ray of Light Farm, a non-profit horse and donkey rescue and animal-assisted therapy center dedicated to helping animals and inspiring people.
