At approximately 10:30 p.m., Troopers responded to Plains Road, Haddam, for a reported active disturbance in the roadway. Troopers arrived and located a victim who had sustained injuries to his head. Paul White, 50, of Plains Road, Haddam, was taken into custody at his residence shortly after. White was charged with Assault 3rd degree, Criminal Trespass 1st degree and Breach of Peace. White was released on a $1,000 cash/ surety bond and is to appear at Middlesex Court on February 12, 2019.
