Lucien Polumbo, 22, of Wiese Albert Road, Higganum, was arrested subsequent to a domestic disturbance. Polumbo was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. Polumbo was released on a $1,500 non-surety bond and is to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on March 14.
