Come celebrate the holidays at your hometown garden center, Town & Country Nursery. Get a sneak peek into Christmas, start your Christmas shopping, and enjoy a wine and cheese tasting at their Holiday Open House on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019.
Wreaths, trees, greens, and roping will be in so you can get a head start on decorating for the holidays. For adults, there will be a wine and cheese tasting sponsored by Tony’s Package Store in Haddam from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Plus get a raffle ticket just for stopping in on the day of the Open House. Earn an additional ticket for every $10 you spend at the Open House.
Don’t worry if you are not a wine drinker. Tony’s offers an amazing warm hard cider perfect for those cool November days. There will also be a large selection of cheeses, crackers, fruit chutneys and other fantastic spreads that pair perfectly with the wine. They are sponsored by generous donations from Higganum Village Market and Tony’s Package Store.
