(August 19, 2024) — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has advised that the overnight closures at the Haddam/East Haddam Swing Bridge (Route 82), scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024 and Tuesday, August 20, 2024 have been CANCELLED.
The next overnight closures are scheduled to occur on Monday, August 26, 2024 and Tuesday, August 27, 2024. Both closures will begin at 7:00 p.m. with the bridge re-opening to traffic no later than 6:00 a.m. the following morning.
