(January 5, 2024) — The Connecticut Department of Transportation has announced that the overnight closure of the Haddam/East Haddam Swing Bridge scheduled for January 5-6, 2024 has been cancelled.
In addition, due to the impending weekend snowstorm, the 63-hour closure scheduled to begin on Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. also has been cancelled.
Be advised that this 63-hour bridge closure has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 8:00 p.m., with the bridge reopening Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
