CT State Troopers.
On Thursday, July 29, 2021 at approximately 3:25 p.m., Troopers assigned to Troop F – Westbrook were dispatched to reports of an active assault in the parking area of Middlesex Health Shoreline Medical Center located at 260 Flat Rock Place in the Town of Westbrook, CT.
Detectives determined an altercation took place in the parking lot between the victim and the accused which resulted in the victim being stabbed.
Based on preliminary information, the accused is described as a heavy set middle aged white male with light or red colored short hair, wearing an orange colored shirt and shorts. The accused was captured by video footage possibly operating a dark colored 2003 to 2008 Acura TL with a white and black sticker affixed to the middle of the rear window.
