On Friday, April 15, 2022, the Haddam Killingworth High School Varsity Softball team defeated Hale-Ray by a score of 9-1.
Kaleigh Bodak picked up her 7th win of the season going 5 innings, striking out 5 and allowing 1 run. HK’s Audrey Snyder went 4 for 4, scoring 1 run and driving in 2. Freshman Caley Napoletano had a home run, two hits, and scored twice for the Cougars. Sammi LaFamina had 3 hits for Hale-Ray, now 0-4. HK jumps to 7-0.
