(May 23, 2024) — River Valley Transit will be introducing exciting new technology on our buses that will allow customers the ability to use contactless debit/credit card payments (‘Tap & Ride‘) to purchase fares.
We want to hear from transit customers about how they pay fares, what they expect from new technology like this, and any challenges they might predict in the process. Focus group participation is the opportunity to help shape the future of public transit!
The focus group discussion will last for one hour and will be held virtually via Zoom on either:
·        Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
OR
·        Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting date will be selected based on when most participants are available. Focus group participants will receive a $75 Visa gift card for their time.  Please note that depending on the number of responses received, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be selected to participate.
