(November 29, 2024) — The Middlesex Hospital Vocal Chords will present their 35th Annual Holiday Concert, “Music of the Season,” on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Portland High School, 95 High Street in Portland.
The 98-member chorus directed by Samuel Tucker, and an eight-piece orchestra directed by Alan Dougherty, will celebrate the holiday season. Tucker has prepared a varied program featuring selections ranging from “And the Glory of the Lord” by Handel to the lively rendition of Michael Buble’s “Frosty the Snowman” as well as many traditional holiday favorites that we all know and love like “Silver Bells” “Joy to the World” and “All Want for Christmas is You.”
