Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce Business & Education Partnership Program

(Middletown, CT) Chairman Don DeVivo of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce announced that the Chamber held a very successful Business & Education Partnership Advisory Council Annual Breakfast led by Chairman, Todd Corey at Middlesex Community College on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.

Chamber President Larry McHugh noted, “I would like to thank Dr. Steven Minkler, CEO of Middlesex Community College for hosting our Business & Education Partnership Advisory Council Breakfast and for his support in this program.”

Dr. Steven Minkler, CEO of Middlesex Community College introduced Diane Bordonaro, Director of Non-credit Programs to give a presentation on Continuing Education/Skill Up Manufacturing Program Short-term training. This program leads to national or state certificate and employment in the workforce.

Joining the council were students and their counselors from Coginchaug, Cromwell, and Westbrook High Schools, along with other guests and faculty.

Attendees interacted with Graduates and listened to their success stories.
