Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.: Restorative Yoga with Lisa Dinoia. Come experience a blissful restorative yoga class every Tuesday. Sink into luxurious supported poses, melt away tension, and discover profound relaxation. Prepare for a rejuvenating journey to calm the mind, soothe the body, and nourish the soul. May 12, 2024 5:00 p.m.: Sister Solace Monthly Sunday Circle. Join a group of women for monthly gatherings. This circle creates space for growth and feminine empowerment in a supportive, creative and safe circle. Our gatherings are centered around health and wellness and holistic-centered events.
May 29, 2024 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: That 70’s Flow: Yoga and 70’s Music. Step into the groovy vibes of the 1970’s with Cingarden’s yoga class set to the iconic tunes of the era! Let the rhythm and harmony of 70’s music inspire your practice in a time of peace, love, and free spirit.
Call for Volunteers for Pride Fest. Join The Buttonwood Tree during Pride Fest in downtown Middletown on June 1, 2024 and be a part of something special. Come stand alongside The Buttonwood Tree and help spread love, acceptance and celebration. We’re also looking for enthusiastic vendors to work at our Buttonwood Tree booth during Pride festivities. Share the mission and impact of our non-profit organization within the Middletown Performing Arts Center.
