This referendum on July 23, 2024 is another chance to bring life to the center of Higganum. It is an opportunity to bring affordable housing for seniors, the senior center, the state trooper’s office and the Registrar of Voters office to Higganum Center. In addition, this proposal will provide recreational opportunities for all ages.
