(April 14, 2023) — The Haddam Killingworth High School Softball team shut out the Westbrook/Old Saybrook Co-op Softball team 15-0 in a five inning game on April 14, 2023 in Higganum.
Kaleigh Bodak picked up her third victory of the season with a three-inning no-hit performance. She struck out seven of the nine batters she faced. Annabelle Zajac supplied the Cougars with six runs batted in off of two hits with the bases loaded and a long sac fly that plated two more mates. Caley Napoletano contributed two hits and three runs batted in for HK.
Records: HKHS 4-1, OSW falls to 1-4
