Field Hockey 2024: HKHS Notches Two More Wins

By Amanda Baldwin
(October 9, 2024) — The Haddam-Killingworth High School Field Hockey team took on Old Saybrook in a night game on October 4, 2024, showing great tenacity in the third and fourth quarters all the way into OT. The defensive line put in work starting plays and working the passing lane both defensively and offensively giving everything they had. Senior Captain Maddie Catalano was a huge playmaker and even scored the game-winning goal on a corner in OT, her first of the season.  Sydney Wrinn saw the boards twice with goals from both Lily and Maddie and assists from Lily Austin, Captain Peyton McDonald and Captain Ava Ramino.
