(May 11, 2023) — HK Softball defeated East Hampton 9-2 on May 10, 2023 in Higganum. Ivy McNiel and Keira Czarkowski paced the Cougars with three hits each. Ivy drove in 2 runs while Keira drove in one. Kaleigh Bodak allowed just one hit in six innings with eight K’s. She allowed two unearned runs. HK is now 11-4 while East Hampton falls to 4-9. HK next plays on May 12, 2023, at Old Lyme at 3:45 pm.
