(January 10, 2024) — Evan Thomas Baird of Higganum a junior majoring in civil engineering, has been named a Presidential Scholar for the Fall 2023 semester at Clarkson University.
Presidential Scholars must achieve a minimum 3.80 grade-point average and carry at least fourteen credit hours.
