(July 1, 2024) — Physician and author Joshua San Vicente has released a new book, “A Physician’s Covid Journey Seen Through 10 Masks,” which was published in June.
The author, a physician at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown and a resident of Higganum, wrote the book during the early, dark days of the pandemic. Written in conventional style, it has personal clinical stories, anecdotes, lessons learned, some virology, science and medicine, with illustrations and sketches depicting this plague of the century.
